NEW DESIGN

These exquisitely pretty wedding shoes in off-white duchesse satin, are lined with soft kid leather and trimmed with delicate and pretty oval diamante buckle set on a ruched satin band. We defy you to find more lovely wedding shoes at this price.

This shoe shape is one of our most tried, tested and popular - very comfortable, with a 7cm heel, elegant tapered toe and adjustable slingback. Quality leather look non-slip sole. Reasonably weather and stain resistant.

Average to slim fitting. Generally for slingbacks we recommend sizing down for half sizes.

Note: we also have this style available with a lower 4cm kitten heel, in a choice of pearl or diamante trim.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.
